In the saturated realm of post-apocalyptic games, Survive The Fall by Angry Bulls Studio and published by Toplitz Productions carves its niche by blending survival mechanics with base-building and tactical combat. Set in a world devastated by a meteor strike, players navigate the challenges of rebuilding society amidst the remnants of a fallen civilization. It’s an ambitious title we very saw in a Gamescom presentation last summer, and we were eager to see all of its mechanics again and have more time with it. Preserve review (PS5)

Preserve, developed by Bitman Galaxy and published by Grindstone, is a serene yet engaging puzzle game that invites players to cultivate visually engaging ecosystems through strategic placement of flora and fauna. Set against a backdrop of hexagonal tiles, the game challenges players to create harmonious biomes, balancing the needs of various plants and animals to achieve ecological equilibrium.
