FATE: Reawakened brings the beloved dungeon-crawling RPG series to modern platforms, offering a visual overhaul and a collection of all four FATE games. For longtime fans, this means a chance to revisit the town of Grove and its treacherous dungeons, but with updated graphics, enhanced lighting, and quality-of-life improvements. The Suikoden I & II HD Remaster brings two beloved JRPGs back with a fresh coat of paint, offering longtime fans a chance to relive these classics while introducing them to a new audience. The collection includes both Suikoden and Suikoden II, two games known for their deep political narratives, engaging turn-based combat, and a massive cast of 108 recruitable characters. These games were originally praised for their compelling stories and world-building, and while the remaster enhances their presentation, some aspects remain firmly rooted in the past. This compilation, launching on the Switch alongside a PC version, is a mix of nostalgia and archival preservation, offering both previously localized and Japan-exclusive games to a global audience for the first time.
