Kart racers tend to live or die by their charm and mechanical polish, and Hot Rod Mayhem, developed by Casual Brothers, aims squarely at the family-friendly racing crowd. While it borrows liberally from genre staples like Mario Kart, it tries to carve out its own identity with a quirky sense of humor, over-the-top characters, and chaotic track designs.
